Black Jacks Teams Registration 2012

Black Jacks - 2012 Full year fee $1,100. The annual fee includes uniform, 8-10 practices in summer, 6-8 practices in fall, and additional team apparel item.

Jr. Black Jacks (7th & 8th boys) 2012 full year is $800. The annual fee includes uniform, 8-10 summer practices, 6-8 Fall practices. and additonal team apparel item.

All players must have credit card information on file. CC information section is included below but cc information does not get processed automatically.  You can pay by check but are still required to have a credit card on file. All payments are non-refundable after first payment and sign-up is complete.  If you override the credit card section, your regisration is invalid. Questions?
